Once you have sent us the completed application form, we should be able to process your membership within max 14 days. Once processed, we will forward to you the contract, invoice and your exclusive BEIC Membership number for that year, your BEIC logo for the year and put the information about you on our website.
- Stay in the loop with briefs from fellow BEIC members and engage in global tenders.
- Enjoy priority access to BEIC industry partnership programs, whether as speakers, participants, or contributors to exhibitions, round tables, seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Benefit from our dynamic online and offline media campaigns, ensuring widespread promotion of your initiatives.
- Display the BEIC logo for the current year prominently on your website.
- Include the BEIC logo on all promotional or representative materials, such as brochures, letters, and mailings.
- Every two months, provide updates on your news and projects to BEIC members. This can be done through press releases or brief summaries of your projects, which will be featured in the members' newsletter or the BEIC newspaper.
- Share project briefs with local BEIC members if you have projects in their countries and seek potential partners.
- Whenever possible, participate in our joint projects and meetings.
- Refrain from affiliating with our competitors for one year after canceling your membership.
- Be yourself.
Membership is ongoing unless we hear from you otherwise and you will be charged from 1st January each year. Of course we would be pleased if members don't cancel their membership, but if for any reason you need to do so you must give us one month’s notice by e-mail.
