While we do not limit membership to one agency per country, all new members must be recommended by a global brand, a relevant industry association, or existing BEIC members.
A solid portfolio of work is essential, and agencies should be prepared to present their credentials to the board if requested. We ensure that every member aligns with our values and contributes meaningfully to the community.

We have strict guidelines:
Once we receive your application, the review process takes up to 14 days. If no objections are raised by existing members, we will send you:
- You need to prepare a motivation letter in free format. You can send it from the website below.
- You must provide 2–3 recommendation letters from global clients, associations, or current BEIC members.
- There must be no veto from existing members due to any past conflicts — this helps us maintain a friendly and productive atmosphere.
- You are also required to submit a portfolio of your recent projects (in the form of a presentation), including the dates when the events took place. Please note that the projects must be no older than two years.
Once we receive your application, the review process takes up to 14 days. If no objections are raised by existing members, we will send you:
- Your BEIC contract and a BEIC Partners Book questionnaire (used by members to find partners in different countries), you personal BEIC password to website members access
- Your invoice and exclusive BEIC membership number for the year.
- Your BEIC logo for the current year and your profile on our website.
- Access to a trusted global network of top-tier event agencies.
- Exclusive collaboration opportunities on international projects.
- Invitations to private BEIC meetings and industry events.
- Increased visibility and credibility through BEIC branding.
- Strategic partnerships with agencies in key markets.
- Share project briefs with local BEIC members when organizing events in their markets.
- Actively participate in BEIC’s joint projects, initiatives, and meetings.
- Refrain from affiliating with competing organizations while being a member of BEIC.
- Refrain from joining competing organizations for one year after leaving BEIC.
- Display the current BEIC logo on your website throughout the membership year.
- Provide updates every two months on your latest projects and industry news.
BEIC ensures a strong and trusted community. If concerns arise about a new applicant, existing members have the right to raise objections.
- A veto can only be used for valid reasons, and competition alone is not a valid reason.
- A veto is valid for one year and can be used against the same candidate no more than twice.
- Repeated vetoes will be reviewed by the club’s board.
- If a veto is exercised, we will provide you with a clear explanation.
