BEIC CEO’s Meeting

The BEIC CEO’s Meeting is the main strategic gathering of the year and is strictly invitation-only for founders and C-level leaders of BEIC member agencies.

GrowHub

GrowHub is an international development programme for emerging talent, young project managers ready to grow beyond their local market.
Each year, it brings together the most promising professionals from BEIC agencies across different countries to learn, connect, and grow together.
Through hands-on workshops, real industry challenges, and close collaboration, participants strengthen their professional skills, build confidence, and develop a truly international mindset.

BEIC Creative Summit

The BEIC Creative Summit is an exclusive, curator-led programme created together with some of the world’s leading creative directors.
It brings senior creatives together through carefully designed international journeys that combine inspiration, culture, and creative exchange.
Each Summit is built around deep immersion, from meetings with exceptional artists, designers, and makers to behind-the-scenes access to cultural spaces and creative hubs around the world.

BEIC Interim

BEIC Interim is a focused offline format created to support agencies between major BEIC programmes.

BEIC FridayClub

BEIC FridayClub is a continuous series of expert-led online masterclasses designed to keep our members sharp and connected throughout the year.
It’s where current topics are unpacked fast: from strategy and creativity to technology, sustainability, finance, and leadership.
FridayClub brings together BEIC members, external experts, and industry leaders for open conversations, practical insights, and real takeaways that can be applied immediately across markets.
BEIC Partner Events

BEIC Partner Events are established industry conferences and platforms where BEIC collaborates as a partner and contributes curated speakers from within the network.
We support these events by connecting them with experienced professionals, thought leaders, and practitioners from BEIC member agencies.
